Nice informative video on 'What you need to know about Agents & Managers'.
Could any one help me to understand why one will consider payments to both (10% & 15%) while calculating in hand revenue, as shown in video?

Great question. Managers are about building your career and getting you more opportunities through the relationships they have. Agents are focused on getting a deal done. Especially agents that have an inhouse production studio. They will focus on what they are interested in whereas a manager can help pitch other specs you've written around town.
