I’m getting a horror vibe from this.
We worked hard to craft a “tone” into the image.

In the near future, organized religion is outlawed, but a curious teen chooses to explore her faith against her mother’s wishes and finds herself the face of a terrorist movement.
What is the tone you are going for? To me, that reads like hellfire around the girl praying. These things can be a bit subjective though.
religion vs faith plays a huge component in the script. As well as weaponizing faith.
I wrote it as a dark drama, paced as a thriller with some horror undertones for the pilot.
the main character is a teenager girl who gets in way way way over her head.
